Chat with Live Hospitality support
Message our team straight from the till and get replies on screen.

Anyone signed in can message the Live Hospitality team from the top bar. There's no need to find a phone number or leave the floor.
Send a message
- Tap the speech bubble icon in the top bar. The Support panel opens on the right.
- Type your message in the Message box.
- Tap Send.
Your message shows with your name. Replies show as Live Hospitality.
When we reply
- A reply plays a short chime.
- If the panel is closed, a small orange dot shows on the speech bubble until you open it.
- Tap Close to hide the panel. The conversation stays there for next time.
