Void a sale
Cancel an unpaid order that has items on it, with a reason.
Bar and floor staff
Use Void Sale when an order shouldn't go through at all, for example a test order or a mistake.
- Open the order and tap Pay Now.
- Tap Void Sale.
- Type a Reason.
- Tap Void Sale to confirm.
