A table is stuck
What to do when a table looks busy but shouldn't be, or won't open.
Managers
The table still shows an order
The table probably has an open or parked order on it.
- Tap the table to open the order.
- Pay it, or void it if it shouldn't be there.
The table is locked
In Admin › Venue › Tables, a locked table shows a name after it. The red Force Unlock Tables button shows how many are locked.
- Make sure nobody is using those tables right now.
- Tap Force Unlock Tables.
The till shows All tables successfully unlocked.
The screen looks out of date
Tap the Refresh icon in the top bar to reload the till.
